Replace only the defective cell. Not the entire battery pack.

In conventional battery packs, a single damaged cell can impair the performance of the entire system. The mcc©In conventional battery packs, a single damaged cell can impair the performance of the entire system. The mcc BMS often detects the gradual deterioration in the condition of this cell long before the loss of capacity becomes noticeable during operation of the entire battery pack.

The cell showing abnormal behavior is clearly identified by the BMS. The BMS user interface informs the user in good time which cell should be replaced soon. As a result, the overall SoH of the battery pack is increased accordingly and the service life of the battery pack is extended.

After the cell is replaced, the battery pack once again reaches nearly its original capacity. There is no need to purchase an entirely new battery pack.
