The BMS has detected one or more degraded cells. Therefore, cell replacement is required.
Please do not replace the cells yourself before contacting us. You will need our cost-effective mcc assembly kit for the cell replacement. Please first confirm the planned replacement in the diagnostics app so that the required data and the Serial number of the affected battery pack can be transmitted to us.

Requirements

• The assembly aid and the new cells are ready.
• The BMS information on the cells to be replaced has been transferred to the diagnostics app.

Basic procedure: 

1. Disconnect the main cable.
2. Unscrew the front panel.
3. Pull out the front panel, thereby separating the three 60 V modules from one another (see Low Voltage Directive).
4. Loosen the cover screws.
5. Remove the top cover layer.
6. Remove the magnets using the assembly aid.
7. Remove the contactor board.
8. Locate the cells to be replaced using the BMS information.
9. Replace the defective cells.
10. Reassemble the battery in reverse order.
