Our patented mcc battery concept© sets new standards for durable battery systems: Defective battery cells can be replaced in a targeted and straightforward manner instead of having to replace the entire battery. This conserves valuable resources, lowers costs and significantly extends the battery's service life.

Consultation and requirements analysis: Together with you, we analyse your project requirements. This includes the available installation space, energy and power requirements, operating conditions, as well as economic and regulatory constraints.
Concept and quotation: Based on your requirements, we develop a suitable battery concept. You receive a transparent overview of the planned development scope, technical components, prototype phase and expected costs.
Custom development: Together, we refine the battery pack design and optimise it for your application. We consider mechanical integration, electrical architecture and temperature monitoring at individual cell level. Our weld-free magnetic contact technology also enables the targeted replacement of individual cells, supporting a service-friendly and resource-efficient design.
Prototyping and testing: We turn the agreed concept into functional prototypes and test the key technical characteristics under realistic conditions. The results are incorporated directly into the further optimisation of the battery pack.
Testing and certification: We support the required testing and certification processes and work closely with specialised partners. This ensures that the developed battery system meets the technical and regulatory requirements relevant to your application.
Transition to production: Following approval, we prepare the battery design for reliable and reproducible production. We support the entire transition from the final prototype to a production-ready battery system.

Our battery technology enables the temperature of each individual cell to be monitored and individual cells to be replaced as needed. Instead of replacing the entire battery pack in the event of a defect, affected components can be serviced or replaced separately. Our weld-free magnetic contact technology also simplifies system disassembly and maintenance.
